Social Media Marketing Intern
About Ampliflow
Ampliflow is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool for founders and sales teams. We help users build multi-step outreach sequences that run automatically, within safe limits, so they can generate leads without doing cold outreach by hand. We're an early-stage team heading into beta, and we move fast.
About the role
Build Ampliflow's voice in public. We're an early-stage tool with strong opinions on outbound, sales, and how small teams should work. You'll shape how we show up on LinkedIn, X, and wherever else our audience hangs out.
This isn't a "schedule three Canva posts a week" role. It's a "find an angle nobody else is taking and run it for 8 weeks" role. You'll work closely with the founders to translate what they're building, learning, and shipping into content that actually gets read.
What you'll do
- Post 3–5 times a week across LinkedIn and X
- Write threads, carousels, and short videos with the founders
- Build a content calendar tied to product launches and lessons learned
- Reply to comments and build community around the brand
- Track what gets traction and double down
- Help us figure out which channels are worth the time and which aren't
What you'll learn
- How a B2B SaaS brand voice is built from zero
- What it actually takes to grow a startup audience on LinkedIn and X
- How content connects to sales pipeline at an early-stage company
- How to work fast and async with founders who write a lot themselves
What we're looking for
- Strong written English with a point of view
- Live on LinkedIn or X enough to know what's actually good
- Can tell a story in 280 characters AND in 3 paragraphs
- Comfortable shooting a Loom of a founder explaining something
- Organized — you'll juggle a content calendar across two channels
Nice to have
- Grown a personal or brand audience before (any size, real numbers)
- Used Buffer, Hypefury, Typefully, or similar tools
- Some video editing chops (CapCut / Descript level is fine)
Details
- Stipend: market-standard, paid monthly
- Duration: 2 months, with potential to convert to a full-time role
- Commitment: 4–6 hours per day
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, or remote within India
