About Ampliflow

Ampliflow is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool for founders and sales teams. We help users build multi-step outreach sequences that run automatically, within safe limits, so they can generate leads without doing cold outreach by hand. We're an early-stage team heading into beta, and we move fast.

About the role

We're looking for Growth & Outreach Interns to run live LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Ampliflow, build targeted lead lists, and support our broader marketing efforts. You'll work hands-on with the product daily and learn how a modern, AI-driven sales workflow actually runs — from sourcing leads to booking meetings, end to end.

It's a rare chance to get real, practical experience with AI-powered outreach and growth tooling early in your career, with direct ownership of a growth function.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns end to end using Ampliflow (sequences, follow-ups, replies)
  • Research and source qualified leads based on defined target profiles, then import and set up outreach for them
  • Write and test outreach copy, tracking what drives connection acceptance and replies
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics — acceptance rate, reply rate, meetings booked
  • Support marketing initiatives: content, social, and demand-generation activities
  • Share product feedback from daily use to help shape the roadmap

What you'll learn

  • What makes outreach copy convert, tested against real campaign data

What we're looking for

  • Strong written English and an eye for clear, non-spammy outreach copy
  • Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple campaigns and lead lists at once
  • Self-directed, able to own outcomes with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable learning new software tools quickly
  • Genuine interest in sales, growth, marketing, or AI as a career direction

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach, sales development, or lead generation
  • Familiarity with outreach, CRM, or AI tools
  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS

  • Stipend: market-standard, paid monthly
  • Duration: 2 months, with potential to convert to a full-time role
  • Commitment: 4–6 hours per day
  • Start date: ASAP — we'll move fast for the right person
  • Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, or remote within India if you're a great fit
