Frontend Developer Intern (vibe code)

Hybrid · Bengaluru 4–6 hrs/day Start ASAP Market-standard stipend Path to full-time

About Ampliflow

Ampliflow is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool for founders and sales teams. We help users build multi-step outreach sequences that run automatically, within safe limits, so they can generate leads without doing cold outreach by hand. We're an early-stage team heading into beta, and we move fast.

About the role

Build Ampliflow's UI fast, with vibes. You'll prototype features on Tuesday, ship them by Friday, and learn from production traffic over the weekend. AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Claude Code) is the default — taste matters more than typing speed.

This is a frontend role for someone who wants to ship product, not someone who wants to write a Medium post about React state management. We care about what gets in front of users, not which library you used to get it there.

What you'll do

  • Ship UI features against the open roadmap, weekly
  • Prototype new ideas the founders sketch — same day if it's small
  • Tune the design system as we add components
  • Read production logs and analytics to find what's actually slow, broken, or confusing
  • Pair with the founder-engineer who reviews your PRs
  • Own a slice of the product end-to-end, not just the colour of a button

What you'll learn

  • How an early-stage product gets built — from sketch to ship to user feedback
  • How modern AI-assisted coding actually changes the dev loop
  • How to use production data (not opinions) to decide what to build next
  • How to design and document a real, lived-in design system

What we're looking for

  • Comfortable with React/TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern frontend tools
  • Strong product taste — you can spot when UI feels off
  • Fluent with AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
  • Bias toward shipping over architecting
  • Self-directed, able to own outcomes with minimal supervision

Nice to have

  • Shipped a side project that real users actually use
  • Familiarity with Vite, Vercel, or Fly.io
  • Cared enough about a design system to write one
  • Past life as a designer, or a designer's instinct in your code

Details

  • Stipend: market-standard, paid monthly
  • Duration: 2 months, with potential to convert to a full-time role
  • Commitment: 4–6 hours per day
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, or remote within India
