Who we are

Ampliflow is operated by Ampliflow Inc. ("we," "us"). Using the marketing site, the waitlist, or — once it ships — the product means you accept these terms.

The product

Ampliflow automates LinkedIn outreach on your behalf. You connect your LinkedIn account, build a campaign, and we send messages on the schedule you set. You're responsible for following LinkedIn's terms and for the content of every message we send for you.

Acceptable use

• No spam, no harassment, no impersonation, no scraping for resale.
• No outreach to minors and no use for political campaigning without explicit consent from recipients.
• One human, one account. Don't share your login.

Payments and refunds

Founding members lock the launch price for the lifetime of the account. We refund unused time within the first 30 days, no questions asked. After that, paid plans are non-refundable but cancel-any-time.

Termination

We can suspend an account that violates the acceptable-use list above or that LinkedIn flags for terms violations. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; data export is one click.

Liability

Ampliflow comes "as is." We work hard to keep it up but we don't guarantee that LinkedIn will. Our maximum liability for anything that happens through the service is whatever you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.
